Marjorie Grice, midlife & menopause nutritional therapist
I’m Marjorie, a midlife and menopause nutritional therapist based in Scotland. I work online with clients all over the UK. I help exhausted midlife women who are fed up being tired and anxious to nourish themselves with realistic step by step food and lifestyle changes without overwhelm and limitation. I’ve been there and can empathise.
My mission is to ignite women’s midlife sparkle so they can be revitalised, reclaim clarity, embrace confidence, and rediscover themselves. My passion is inspiring women to nourish themselves inside and out with uncomplicated delicious food and simple selfcare strategies. With a tailored diet and lifestyle women are empowered to take control of their menopause health.
My Story
My 30 years in the wellness sector fuelled my passion for nutrition, but I am no stranger to health havoc having suffered inflammatory bowel disease in my thirties. My interest in food and lifestyle medicine peaked as my symptoms reduced when I modified my diet and managed my stress. I have been in remission for over 20 years. Restoring my health was a journey not a quick fix and I learnt a lot along the way.
I finally realised my dream to study nutritional therapy in my 50’s; menopausal and whilst working full time. I learnt how to navigate menopause successfully through diet and lifestyle.
I qualified from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) with distinction. I am registered with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), my professional body and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
