Designed to optimise your nutrient intake with dietary analysis of a 5 day food diary to reveal where changes can improve your health and support your health goals. Once I have reviewed your current diet and taken in to consideration your health goals, the Reboot Report will be explained in a 20 minute telephone/ zoom consultation.
The written report will also be provided after the consultation with personal recommendations of specific key nutrients and supplements including optimal foods and supplements that would be beneficial. Nutrient testing may be recommended at additional cost but not essential.
